We are all about the CORNINESS this year. All 5K Participants will receive a long-sleeve Candy Corn dri-fit shirt, Candy Corn finisher medal, timing bib, and a free beer or soft drink at Tap House Grill.

• TIME: 7:30-8:45 AM

Packet Shipping Option:

Make your life easier and skip the lines! All you need to do is choose the packet shipping option during registration and we will have your race packet shipped directly to your front door for only $14.95! Your packet includes your race shirt, bib, and more! If you opt for packet shipping during registration, there is no requirement to attend packet pick up. Packet shipping is a convenient option for those with tight schedules. Please be sure to verify your mailing address during the registration process, as we are not responsible for misdirected packets. We will close packet mailing two weeks before the race, so be sure to sign up early! Packets will be shipped out the one to two weeks prior to race day.
*Packet shipping is per registrant, not per order.

All packets will start shipping via USPS the week of Monday, October 14th or shortly before. The virtual race and packing shipping are currently only open to US addresses within the contiguous United States. We will inform all participants when packets start shipping.

Kids Dash Pricing:

• $15 (Now through October 13)
• $20 (October 14 – 27)
• $25 (Race Day)

Virtual Pricing:

• $35.00 (June 28-August 27)
• $40.00 (August 28 – October 13)
• $45.00 (October 14 – 27)
• $50.00 (Race Day)

AGE GROUP & OVERALL AWARDS:

The top three male & female overall and top three finishers in each age group will receive a customized ASE medal. Age groups are as follows: 10 and under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, and 85+. Race Director has the right to combine age groups.

AWARDS CEREMONY:

We will have the awards ceremony at our after party at Tap House Grill. Awards ceremony will start at 10 AM.

5k COURSE

Kids Dash Course

The top three male & female finishers in each age group will receive an age group medal. The top three overall male and female will also get some extra goodies!

The Halloween Hustle is an officially timed event using the disposable B-Tag timing system. Timing chips are attached directly to the back of your bib number and are to remain adhered for the duration of the event. In order to receive an accurate time, please confirm your bib is:

• Clearly visible on the front of the torso
• Unaltered and unmodified (Do not fold or wrinkle)
• Pinned in all four corners
• Not covered (jackets, runner belts, water bottles, etc.)

There will be timing clocks at the start and finish lines. Results will be posted on-site and will be live.

TAP HOUSE GRILL

Join us after the race at Tap House Grill for some free beer, free half breakfast sandwich, music and a fun time!

PARKING

Free parking will be available at the parking garage at N. Smith St. & W. Colfax St. Follow the parking signs. There will be NO PARKING on the streets near the Start and Finish at Eric Dr. {Please do not park in the neighborhood}

Since the Halloween Hustle has many upfront costs, we have a strict and uniform policy of no refunds, no person-to-person transfer, or no deferrals to a future year. We do understand that plans change, injuries happen, and various situations arise, but, we feel it is most fair to apply a uniform policy to all, instead of a subjective line of who should receive a refund and who doesn’t. All purchases and sales are 100% final, no exceptions. Refunds will not be issued based on weather conditions or pandemics. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

VIRTUAL 5K

The Halloween Hustle Virtual 5K is open to anyone nationwide!

We’ll ship you the shirt, medal, and any other goodies right to you.

Then you run (or walk) the distance you pick at any location you choose, and we highly recommend wearing your spooktacular costume to be entered into the costume contest!

1. Register For the Virtual Halloween Hustle 5K

2. You will receive your swag in the mail starting the week of October 14th.

3. Run/Walk your race on any day from Sunday, October 20th through Thursday, October 31st – HALLOWEEN!

4. Upload your information and receive a Finisher’s Certificate submitting your Name, Time, Distance, date of completion, and any photos HERE.
